Using Postlyra

You may use Postlyra only if you can form a binding agreement and your use is lawful. You are responsible for the information you provide, the actions taken from your workspace, and keeping your login details secure.

Accounts and connected services

You must provide accurate account information and have authority to connect each social account or service. You decide which permissions to grant and may disconnect a supported account at any time.

You remain responsible for reviewing drafts, publishing choices, automation text, recipients, schedules, and replies before activating or sending them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Postlyra to break the law, violate another person’s rights, send deceptive or abusive messages, distribute malware, bypass platform restrictions, gain unauthorized access, scrape data without permission, or disrupt the service.

Do not use Outreach to conceal automated participation. Outreach prepares material for human review and copy-paste; it does not authorize spam or automated commenting.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you provide. You give Postlyra permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and carry out the actions you request.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content and use it with connected services. You are responsible for checking generated or suggested material before using it.

Third-party platforms

Social networks, AI providers, payment services, and other connected services are operated by third parties. Their terms, permissions, rate limits, review processes, availability, and data practices apply separately.

Postlyra cannot control a third party’s changes or guarantee that a connection or feature will remain available. You must comply with the rules of every platform you connect.

Availability and changes

Postlyra is under active development. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features to maintain the service, respond to platform changes, or improve the product. We will use reasonable care when a change materially affects active use.

Disclaimers

Postlyra is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Suggested content and performance information are working aids, not professional advice or guaranteed outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Postlyra and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service or a third-party platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Postlyra and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access when needed to address unlawful use, security risk, material breach, non-payment, or harm to Postlyra, its users, or connected services.

Sections that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and obligations concerning prior activity.
